We specifically exclude businesses in retail, food service, B2C, and home service industries.  

We acquire and hold single-tenant, net-leased commercial properties that produce durable, inflation-protected income with minimal operational intensity supporting light industrial and specialty-use. 

We specifically exclude properties requiring active management or operational expertise such as: self-storage facilities, multi-tenant properties, hospitality, entertainment, or food service.
